Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping times and costs depend on your location and on the weight of the package. We ship from Czech Republic, Europe.
Across most of Europe we offer the Packeta (Zásilkovna https://www.packeta.com/) service.
!!! THE PACKETA OPTION IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE !!!
We offer shipping by postal service worldwide.
- With the Packeta option you can track your order. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days.
- With the postal service you may choose the registered (with tracking) or regular option (without tracking).
!!! FOR DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE, WE TEMPORARILY OFFER THE REGISTERED MAIL ONLY !!!
- For Europe, registered and regular mail both have the same estimated delivery time: 2-8 days (for Russia, up to 10 days).
- Registered and regular mail to locations outside of Europe have estimated time 6-16 days.
!!! PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 SITUATION THE DELIVERY TIME MAY BE (WAY) LONGER THAN ESTIMATED !!!
Where the Packeta service is available, postal service will be offered as an additional option only if cheaper.
The shipping costs are being calculated for orders up to 5kg with Packeta (up to 15kg for some locations) and up to 2kg with the postal service. If this notice 
should be displayed at checkout, it is because your order exceeds the maximum weight for a calculation. In such case, please contact us at monika@suturepress.com and we will arrange custom shipment for you.
(Alternatively, you may divide your order into smaller parts.)
